The only current Dr Naomi Skin product with a pregnancy/breastfeeding advisory is Vitamin Amen due to its retinol (Vitamin A) content. We recommend avoiding this product while pregnant or breastfeeding.

To protect customer privacy, product integrity, and the security of our supply chain and support systems, Dr Naomi Skin reserves the right to provide product support, batch information, manufacturing information, order assistance, warranty assessment, refund review, and other product-related assistance only to verified customers.

For the purposes of these Terms, a verified customer may be required to provide:

• Proof of purchase from Dr Naomi Skin or an authorised stockist;
• Order details, including order number and purchaser information;
• Verification of the original payment method or cardholder where reasonably required;
• Photographs of the product, packaging, batch code, or related materials;
• Proof of identity where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention or security purposes.

We may decline to provide detailed batch information, manufacturing details, internal product records, investigation outcomes, or customer support assistance where:

• A purchase cannot be verified;
• The product appears to have been obtained from an unauthorised reseller or third party;

Returns & Refunds Policy

We provide refunds or returns only in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the conditions set out below.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Due to hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any product that has been opened, used, tampered with or removed from its original sealed packaging.

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

 

To request a return, you must:

• Be the person who placed the original order and the authorised holder of the original payment method used for the purchase;

For security, fraud-prevention, product integrity, and customer verification purposes, we may require proof of purchase, identification, payment method verification, photographs, batch information, or other supporting documentation before providing customer support, processing a claim, issuing a refund, assessing a warranty request, or releasing product-related information.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Where a product is confirmed faulty, we may repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Product Suitability, Skin Response

We do not provide refunds for products that are unsuitable for your skin, including where you experience sensitivity, irritation, purging, dryness, redness or other expected responses to active ingredients.

Skin responses vary between individuals and do not indicate that a product is faulty.

We recommend conducting a patch test prior to full application and introducing active products gradually as directed.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Payment Method & Refund Processing

All refunds are returned strictly to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We do not transfer refunds to alternative cards, bank accounts or individuals.

Where a payment card was used, refunds will only be processed back to that card. We may require verification from the cardholder before issuing any refund.
