FAULTY PRODUCT

In the event that you receive a product that is in some way defective, please contact our Customer Service team via the contact us form or at hello@drnaomi.com.

CHANGE OF MIND

We offer a 14 day change of mind exchange or refund on unopened goods only. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a change of mind exchange or refund for any goods that have been opened. Please follow the directions supplied for skincare and devices. There are no refunds for skin changes which can commonly occur with active cosmeceuticals.

Note: If you’re returning an item that was part of a promotion, value set or value bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable. All shipping costs associated with the return of products or devices are covered by the sender and are not covered by Dr Naomi Skin.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Dr Naomi Skin Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Please provide your original Order Number and photos / videos demonstrating the
issue for our reference. Any attempt to open or take apart the product will
void the warranty.

Big Dec Energy Anti-Ageing Light Therapy Device offers a 1-year warranty from date of purchase.

Dr Naomi Skin Pty Ltd warrants the device for a period of 1 year after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use of the device. The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

If you discover a defect with your device please contact us at hello@drnaomi.com. Someone from our team will review your request and reply within 2-3 business days via email with further instructions. To verify that you are within the warranty period, we will need the name and/or the email associated with the order, the original order number, or details of the product. Replacement considerations will be made on a case-by-case basis which include fair use, hygiene and the saleable condition of the device with at least 50% of all components in their original condition.

Replacement products claimed under warranty are not entitled to renewed 1 year warranty coverage. This limited warranty is exclusive of all other warranties, whether oral or written, express or implied. There are no implied warranties created by the manufacture, sale or use of the product. This undertaking is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect those rights in any way.
