Hit the Dec is the last step in your skincare routine and can be applied liberally for an at-home neck & dec treatment.
When using in conjunction with BDE Light Therapy, it should be used after as a post care treatment cream to enhance the LED brightening and firming benefits.
Apply 3-4 pumps onto clean, dry skin from the jawline down to the chest using upward motions to massage into the area.
